It costs about $4.00 per month
We will use foliotek this semester for your e-portfolios. All students are required to create and maintain and utilize an e-portfolio for the course. Your e-Portfolio will count for a substantial portion of your midterm and final grade. You cannot pass the course without a successful, exceptional e-portfolio.

4. Your home page should contain the following statement to the one posted on the example portfolio . In addition to adding other information and questions that are presented to you on the first page of your e-portfolio.

I must say this assignment was rather complicated and time consuming as well. It was interesting creating a profile on this site because I have never used this site before. I did not like the fact that we had to pay because I am very forgetful when it comes to monthly payments so I have to keep in mind that this is temporary and to stop from being charged when the class is over. Overall i believe this is going to be a great site to use over the course of the semester
ReplyDeleteThis is, by far, the most complex task. I like the different site features. At first I thought I was using the program or free; however, once I tried to share the portfolio I was informed it was time to pay up. I did not enjoy my first experience, but I am sure I will enjoy using this site in the near future.
ReplyDeleteI was confused with this assignment. I didn't know whether or not to keep the page I created exactly like the sample or begin adding my own information. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to get some clarification. This was another tedious task. Hopefully the portfolio will come out really nice in the end.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, this task was rather frustrating, but with patience I was able to complete. This task has reminded to always do my work ahead of time. Do not wait until the last to do an assignment because like you, Ms. McArthur, said there will be frustrations.

ReplyDeleteThis website will allow you to be creative for the most part. I am looking forward to revamping my profile. Also being able to reach out to an audience that I can relate to is great. Speaking up and discussing my opinion with people who have the same interest is also a plus. But on the other hand I do not want to pay monthly payments on the website. Over all in the semester I know that this will be a great too to work with.
This task was confusing. I'm not sure what exactly to do. The directions are a little unclear.
ReplyDeleteThis task was not fun at all. It took a lot of careful time and attention. I am so happy to be done with it!!! It really reminds me of a Tumblr account. I shared similar confusion with my peers, but thanks toe their advice I preservered.
ReplyDeleteThings went a little smoother second time around although it was still a little confusing. Hopefully you guys got the updated email that Ms.McArthur sent with the updated materials and we now have until august 31 to resubmit our links.
ReplyDeleteI was extremely confused but after I tinkered with it a little bit I started to understand. I am very happy we have the extension because I still think I probably messed something up.

ReplyDeletealthough this task was indeed a lengthy 1 I think I managed to complete it in a timely and orderly manner. After I got the hang of it, the general information began to be a fairly easy. Ilook forward to using this website as an expression of me for this class and all of my work.
