You should include what you are most excited about as you start this college year, where you are from, and describe how you plan to stay on track for this course. ReplyDeleteThis was an interesting assignment. I've never done anything like that, so yes I learned something and that it was extremely easy to use. The directions were clear and the site kind of guides you through what you should do. I would recommend this to another student. I really liked that they had a political theme, but I didn't like that there wasn't an African American voice.
ReplyDeleteI had a great time with this assignment. It was rather innovative and a great way to grasp the attention of my fellow peers. Considering the fact that I am a political science major, the theme of my animation took a political stance. I definitely would recommend this site to another student and/or faculty member because it is a great tool to keep students engaged. Often times we get bored listening to lectures and drift off into our own worlds so having hands on activities such as this would be great. One thing that I disliked about the site was exactly what Khiry stated above about not having an African American voice or latin/hispanic.
ReplyDeleteI found this assignment to be very interesting. I have personally never had an assignment. I thought it was a little easier than standing in front of a class. I liked that I was able to create my own little character to talk for me. I also like the different settings and characters to choose from. I think more professors should use this program in the future, to get students more involved.

ReplyDeleteThis assignment was really interesting. I have never had a assignment like this but since i was forced to do it i enjoyed it alot. I could see myself doing more of these videos just for my enjoyment. The technology was very easy to use.
ReplyDeleteI thought that this assignment was a lot of fun and interesting. This assignment took introducing yourself to another level. Normally you stand up in class and tell about yourself, but this assignment let you give your own personal feel. Being able to chose your own background and character shows your personality even more. The instructions were clear and the technology was simple. I would definitely recommend this to another student. I liked the fact that we could do so much to introduce ourselves and show our creativity. There was really nothing to dislike about the assignment.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed doing this assignment. This was my first time ever doing this or even knowing about the website. It was easy to put together and fun at the same time. I would recommend this to other classmates just to have fun with or even to present a project with. I didn't dislike anything, but i enjoyed putting the whole little video together.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed this! This has the be best assignment out of our tasks 1-10. I enjoyed making the video, the backgrounds and actors they have are amazing! I may visit this site just for fun from time to time. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this assignment. It gave me a good laugh.
ReplyDeleteBy far, this was the most interesting task. Although time consuming, I enjoyed creating my introduction. Although the speaker sounds robotic, I really like this program and I will utilize it for several other purposes. The program has a variety of characters, backgrounds, and animations, which allows us to express ourselves in different ways. After publishing my movie, I realized you have to purchase your character and background with points. My next movie will be cheaper!
ReplyDeleteAlthough this assignment was a little frustrating, I enjoyed it very much. I will recommend my peers to use this website to create catchy videos for their professors. I love the features and how everything works. Thanks for introducing us to this website. The movies are expensive but worth it!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed creating this video. It was hilarious to pick the different people, and to try to make the motions as natural as possible. I've learned how to operate this program. It wasn't that difficult to figure out. The instructions were very clear and I enjoyed learning a new program.
ReplyDeleteThat was fun! Once I got the hang of it I was able to really let my creativity flow. I think I am actually pretty good at making videos like these. They are excellenct ways of communicating with people. This would be a great way of teaching children things, as well as giving them the opportunity to express themselves. I am glad that we were given the opportunity to experiment with this website. I will tell people about it, I think it is something a lot of people could get a lot of use of!
ReplyDeleteThis assignemnt was fun. I really enjoyed it even though I was a little confused as to what to do in order to get started, but once I got the hang of the site everything fell into place. The animations are very interesting as well as its characters. I believe that this site is going to be one of my highlights from this class being as though I've always wanted to learn animation. I believe I will get all I can out of it.

ReplyDeleteThis assignment was very fun. I love cartoons and I loved being able to make one and bring my animation to life. I love animation and I always thought that animations would be more complicated. I would recommend this to other students to present projects in a more creative way instead of doing something like a powerpoint or poster.
